Fake Clinics, AKA CPCs, pose as medical providers, with some going so far as to impersonate nearby Planned Parenthood health centers. In reality, CPCs lure pregnant, unsuspecting visitors and target them with disinformation about abortion and birth control.

Resources like the CrisisPregnancyCenterMap.com can help activists, but these databases often become outdated as fake clinics rename themselves to avoid detection, or purge their websites to hide their religious connections. So we developed this CPC Watchlist: to provide accurate info to activists working to expose CPCs that inflict life-threatening harm and promote "abortion reversal" myths.
 
Our community has done the research to ensure this CPC Watchlist is the most accurate, updated, and localized resource available to Central Coast activists. It features insights ranging from youth populations these fake clinics target, to nearest legitimate health centers as alternatives. Our community updates this list each quarter, most recently Q1 2026.
