Justice for All VC's 10th anniversary wasn't just a chance to celebrate 10 years of activism in Ventura County. It was a fundraiser for our Youth Essay Scholarship, a recognition of this year's winners — and an occasion to honor both U.S. Rep. Julia Brownley and Indivisible Ventura's Adriene Coulter for their years of service to the community.
